Some key traits are physical strength, experience with a variety of tools and machinery, and the ability to work on high-rise projects, underground or in hot and cold weather conditions. essential skills and experience - 3+ years of previous construction labor experience or a relevant apprenticeship program. - Experienced with a variety of tools, including drills, power tools, and other types of heavy machinery. - Licenses/Certifications: Forklift Operator, Aerial Lifts, Bobcat, Flagger, Harness for fall protection for edge work. - Able to perform tasks both indoors and outdoors on all areas and aspects of construction projects. - Must be able to handle repetitive motion, have good dexterity, and alertness. - Able to move and exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects. - Requires ability to work with tools, lumber, and materials. - The ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 pounds for 50 feet is required.
