Annual Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
The Senior Human Resources Director is responsible for managing and guiding human resources operations for a portfolio of hotels managed by Donohoe Hospitality Services (“DHS”). The Senior Director plays a key role in workforce planning, employee engagement, HR strategy, and ensuring each property aligns with company values and culture, as well as brand standards. In conjunction with the above, the Senior Director will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal, state and/or local laws.
Key responsibilities include:
To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR or related experience in the Hospitality or food services industry, and solid knowledge of federal, state and local law.
Essential skills and abilities include:
The ideal candidate is diplomatic, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality; Dynamic, self-motivated, organized, attentive to details, able to prioritize multiple competing demands, and has exceptional follow-up and customer service skills.
Regular travel to hotels in our portfolio (DC, Maryland, Virginia) on a regular basis is required. Occasional travel outside of the local may also be required.
