The Property/Sr. Property Manager (“Manager”) oversees the daily operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and maintenance of a commercial real estate property or portfolio of properties. The Manager serves as a key liaison between ownership, tenants, and internal business partners (leasing, accounting, and management), ensuring the building(s) is operated efficiently, tenants are satisfied, and that quality and safety standards are met. Additonally, this role will manage contractor and vendor relationships, and may manage direct reports.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000
To be successful in this position, you should have:
This ia not a fully sedentary position and primary work consists of moderate physical activity. In this role, you will walk and move around regularly and consistently through the interior and exterior of commercial real estate buildings and may be standing for extended periods of time. Regular duties may require lifting, bending, reaching, and climbing, and requires the ability to speak, to clearly see, hear, understand, and distinguish speek and/or other sounds such as machinery, alarms and traffic. Due to the direct tenant relations and onsite requirements of the position, this position does not lend itself to regular/standard telework opportunities.
