Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annual

The Property Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing a marketing vision across the portfolio of Borger Residential managed-properties. In this role, you will develop property-specific marketing plans to align with the Company’s overall marketing and brand strategy, support resident retention, provide daily customer service support to site and corporate team members, maximize revenue for the properties, and elevate the company’s presence in the competitive DC/MD/VA market.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining, implementing and managing marketing and advertising strategies
- Creating and delivering training
- Analyzing data to identify market trends, occupancy patterns and performance opportunities
- Managing photo and video shoots, enforcing marketing and branding compliance, and leading property shops
- Collaborating with internal divisions on company-wide projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative, self-motivated, organized, customer service expert who is able to prioritize work, communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and concisely, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. A high-level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality is necessary. At least three (3) years of demonstrated, progressive, and relevant work experience in Leasing and/or Marketing is required.
