The Maintenance Technician will work as a part of a multi-person team, be able to use mobile CMMS device, and have general knowledge of building system operations for a large facility in NW Washington. This is a temporary position that will start July 29, 2025 and end October 15, 2025. Base hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Salary $29.50 per hour.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of working independently and contributing effectively to a team environment. We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable about building system operations, values the opportunity to gain experience, obtain licenses, and has a positive outlook and a strong work ethic. Must have your own tools.
