Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced general contracting team in the DMV area! In this role, you’ll work side by side with our Controller, serving as a key right-hand partner in managing the day-to-day accounting operations—from job costing and WIP reports to AIA billing and subcontractor payments. Physical demands:
The work is mostly sedentary with periods of light physical activity. Employee to walk or stand for short or mid periods; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; climb stairs, bend, reach, hold, grasp, and turn objects; and operate standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, phone and printer). The work requires the ability to speak clearly and to see and hear clearly with or without correction.
Work environment:
Primary work is performed indoors in a standard office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is subject to inflexible deadlines. Employee may be subject to work beyond the normal scheduled work hours.
Telework:
As a full-time corporate-office based job, this position is eligible for teleworking in accordance with the Company’s Telework Policy. Approval by the position’s supervisor and Division President is required.
Pay Range:
The expected base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors such as qualifications and experience.
