AAA Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks multiple full-time Licensed Journeyman HVAC Mechanic (JHM) support a facility in Fairfax. The (JHM) will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment.  The (JHM) shall also be responsible for the technical expertise of HVAC systems. Base Hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM 

The (JHM) shall have the ability to:

• Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. 
• Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned
• Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed 

The (JHM) shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Must possess minimum of five (5) years commercial/industrial HVAC experience  
• Must possess and maintain an active Journeyman HVAC license
• Universal CFC and EPA 608 certification 
• Must possess OSHA110
• Vertiv training a plus
• Must possess an ability to identify common causes of HVAC failures
• Must possess an ability to coordinate effective PM scheduling
• Must possess an ability to establish routine testing procedures
• Must possess an ability to apply PM strategies and techniques
• Must possess an ability to meet project deadlines on-time
• Must possess an ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as required
• A demonstrated working knowledge of HVAC systems and an ability to understand and utilize MEP drawings is required
