Complete Building Services is seeking a Quality Control /Safety Manager to support a large facility in Quantico, VA.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the supporting a Facilities Maintenance contract for large commercial buildings. The role will include implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate work performed by in-house staff and subcontractors which includes documentation of inspection and reporting findings in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), Tririga. The goal is to ensure that work performed meets or exceeds established quality standards and industry practices. You will be response to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, working with the technical staff to resolve and discrepancy and implement control methods to provide corrective actions in processes to ensure standards of performance. Included in this role is the training of staff in self-evaluation of completed work according to industry best practices with associated follow up. The development of Standard Operating Procedures for repeated failures in conjunction with the Chief Engineer. Daily monitoring of Tririga to ensure all service requests and preventative tickets are being completed on schedule and with correct data entry. You will also be required to participate in monthly client facing reviews with the Account Executive to monitor the effectiveness of the technical facilities operations and maintenance staff in completion of service tickets, preventative maintenance and performance standards.
