The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will provide essential support to the Project Manager (PM) in managing the daily operations of in-house teams and subcontractors on the facility operations and maintenance contract at a large government facility in Washington, DC. This includes supervising technical staff such as the Engineers, Electricians, Maintenance Mechanics, Painters,etc. The APM will assist with both technical and administrative tasks and aid in the coordination of subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
In the absence of the PM, the APM will act as the Alternate PM to maintain continuous operations and meet the needs of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations and possess a degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Salary range dependent on qualifications and experience $100,000.00 - $120,000.00.
