Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources is involved in the entire employee life cycle: talent acquisition, engagement, development, performance, separation, company policy and legal compliance.
Key responsibility areas include:
Travel to local work sites, as needed for site visits, employee investigations, in-person meetings or career fairs, may be required. Occasional travel outside of MD/DC/VA may be required to attend recruiting activities at colleges and universities. Special projects, duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned or modified to meet current and future business requirements.
