The Mobile Maintenance Tech will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment. Perform preventative and general maintenance at the assigned facility. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. On-call duties as required.
The Mobile Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment in DC and VA.
A day in the life of a Maintenance Mechanic might look something like this:
- Preventative maintenance on equipment, change filters, ballast, flush valves, etc.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
- Must have clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Building operations knowledge a plus
