    Responsibilities

    The Work Control Coordinator (WCC) Receives records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customer request. The WCC provides administrative, logistical and automation (CMMS) support to CBS for a large facilities management contract. The WCC is responsible for the operations and up-keep of the CMMS system. The WWC schedules, tracks and records work completion using the CMMS system. They also serve as the point of contact for receiving all incoming service requests. 

    • Project administration and reporting on project issues to contract officials, including status reports on preventive maintenance, trouble calls or staff generated service calls
    • Scheduling Preventive Maintenance Orders and maintaining the Annual Work Plan (AWP)
    • Receiving issuing and closing CMMS generated service and Logging completed work into the CMMS in a timely manner
    • Procures and receives all parts and materials required to support the contract
    • Maintains subcontracts for the Project Manager/Subcontractor Coordination and scheduling
    • Coordinate directly with customer and/or customer representatives on issues requiring coordination and scheduling of resources required for facility maintenance operations.
    • Payroll and timesheet tracking

    Qualifications

    • Requires 3+ years of general clerical and word processing experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Project tracking software experience
    • Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS
    • Able to type 40 WPM
    • Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent
    • Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills
    • Punctuality and good attendance are important in this position, so reliable transportation to the job site is a must
