      Our HVAC Technician's day in Washington could include the following duties:

    • Conduct inspections of systems and associated plant as required
    • Maintain plant and equipment in sound operating condition
    • Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems and repair of refrigerant-containing equipment/systems as assigned by Work Control
    • Perform refrigerant recovery and recycling
    • Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction
    • Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
    • Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required
    • Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion
    • Perform other related duties as assigned


    • High School degree or equivalent
    • Completion of 4-year HVAC Journeyman or equivalent training
    • Minimum of four (4) years of related experience within the last seven (7) years 
    • Completed coursework in HVAC areas
    • Universal CFC Certification 410A
    • Operate Building Energy Management System (EMS) and associated building controls
    • Respond to on-site emergencies 24/7
    • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
    • Able to lift up to sixty (60) pounds
    • Capable of climbing ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
