Complete Building Services, (CBS) is in search of a Project Manager (PM) for a 200,000 sq. ft. building in Washington. The PM is responsible for all contract requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, at the assigned contract building locations. This includes maintaining all specified equipment included in the contract. The PM is responsible for coordinating with the building owners on matters that affect Leased and occupied spaces.

Oversee and participate in required Quality Control guidelines to insure proper performance of all required Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Services (PMIS) work on customer owned Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, equipment, devices, appliances and accessories, including any dedicated Fire Suppression systems, dedicated HVAC units, and tie-ins to base building systems
Maintain a list of critical parts to insure the continued business operations at the site. Oversee the preventive maintenance, inspection and service (PMIS) record file to insure documentation is maintained in legible, complete, orderly, timely and accurate manner
Provide support and maintenance to all office design and space standards, including minor repairs to building components and systems furniture including refinishing and repairs not included under applicable warranty coverage, modifications to existing office furniture configurations
Support the Lock and Key Program managed by Office of Security. Respond to all key and core issues and file cabinet key core replacement. Order locksmith supplies to maintain proper inventory designated by Office of Security
Provide services that support preparation, coordination, and scheduling of all office spaces for new employees and personnel moving between offices
Shall be available for emergency contact via cell phone twenty-four hours (24) a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year
