Donohoe Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate company in Bethesda, is seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team of professionals. We offer an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is both a team-player and experienced with multi-location, commercial office, industrial and retail property management.
This position is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of multiple properties in Montgomery County, Howard County, and north Prince George's County, including oversight of facility operations, preventive maintenance, and repair service functions. The position holder will manage employees, contractors, and building maintenance personnel. The role is integral to the overall objective of providing quality services and insuring the reliability of operations.
